SpeakMitra provides AI-powered English language learning services, including but not limited to:

• Structured English lessons and grammar tutorials
• AI-powered tutoring and conversation practice
• Voice-based speaking and pronunciation practice
• Vocabulary building and word games
• Progress tracking and personalized learning paths
• Kids learning mode for young learners
• Career and professional English modules

3. User Accounts

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Upload harmful content, malware, or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SpeakMitra, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, are the exclusive property of SpeakMitra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. User Content

When you submit content (such as voice recordings for practice), you grant SpeakMitra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for:

• Providing and improving our services
• Training and enhancing our AI models
• Research and development purposes

You retain ownership of your content and can request its deletion at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakMitra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
